Alien Escapade º Episode 0279 - Space Time Lag: Dr Kali, Qualla, Leila, Selina, Vanna, Zola = 6 {Medics of Dr Kali + Trio} ``Dr Kali: I am impressed by you devotion to duty, and reluctantly I am initially at a lost here. Therefore I have ordered up some books on space lag from Cepheus as you have exceeded all normal understanding. This appears to be unique, and I can only put it down to your planet Earth, as you have not complained about it on your two trips to planet Q. ``Zola: That is a valid point, but firstly we were not under the stress and secondly it is a similar atmosphere, whereas Earth is completely different. ``Vanna: I did get it, but it was mild and acceptable. ``Leila: I agree, it is Earth making the problems go wild. ``Dr Kali: Most interesting. I will be writing this up for the Cosmology Space Development Group and hope to get some feedback in due course. In the meantime, has it worn off? ``Vanna: Qaa, it is still niggling in the background. ``Leila: I think Vanna got it the worse. ``Zola: I can hide it better. ``Vanna: But all three of us, saw an image of ourselves coming back at us! Was that was because we were in hyperspace? ``Leila: On Earth we usually get jet lag going east-west-east. Therefore my Concord air hostess friend said that the trick was is to eat only one breakfast, but you do not usually get it much going north-south-north. ``Vanna: Our flight from Earth is more straight up and down and we are not flying sideways, but we do not usually feel it this bad. ``Dr Kali: I will take all this points onboard. The thing is are you happy to put up and cope with it? ``Leila: As long as it does disperse, then Zaa. ``Zola: I will give it a week. ``Vanna: I have got it the worse, but certainly. ``Dr Kali: That is good news, as there is little I can offer you, and you have not felt sick! So will you please all come back and see me in a weeks time? ``Leila: Sure. ``Dr Kali: In the meantime I will do some research in these areas. Zimo. {Vanna’s Trullo + Mum} ``Selina: [Knock, knock]. ``Vanna: Mum? What a surprise! [Hugs] Quiff. ``Selina: You do have a nice comfortable place here. ``Vanna: Zaffre. We are waiting for an extension so I can have a proper office and the parking area is to be extended. ``Selina: That is needed. ``Vanna: Croak beans? ``Selina: Zaa. I have brought some Rock cakes! ``Vanna: Zarfs. ``Vanna: I presume that you will allow Tetra to come over? ``Selina: As long as I know where she is. ``Vanna: Absolutely. I presume she is still not old enough to propel? ``Selina: It all happens at 121 years of age. ``Vanna: That will really make her independent. ``Selina: Tetra’s skool marks have improved and her teacher is struggling to keep up. ``Vanna: Excellent news. ``Selina: Her friend in class, is also making a better effort. You better make sure this extension even bigger for another piano. ``Vanna: A brilliant thought, and I will make it happen. ``Selina: It is about time you had a holiday! ``Vanna: I agree, and I have asked the Captain for a quote to Cepheus. ``Selina: Wonderful idea, but why not go to Grunay Halt, as it is peaceful there? ``Vanna: Standby! Okay Zola has agreed. Now that you have paid off your investment outlay, will Okapi give up work? ``Selina: Zaa. There is plenty to do, and we still have a mortgage. ``Vanna: What will it be like having the whole family around all day? ``Selina: That will depend on you three. ``Vanna: A tactful answer. ``Selina: One of our staff is moving on, so I have given more work to the others, and that will help to keep our overheads down, but I have to admit, I can do things now over the video link so I am not chasing around. ``Vanna: Has anyone used the hopper-pad yet? ``Selina: Qaa, but some are coming in to use the adventure playground. ``Vanna: How about extending it underground? ``Selina: Blimey you do come up with some crazy ideas! ``Vanna: Well? ``Selina: It is meant to be an assault course, so you win. ``Vanna: You can charge professional fees. ``Selina: Zaa. In that case I want drawings submitted, by tomorrow evening. ``Vanna: Approved.
