``Cheb: It has been a good day and everyone has had at least two flights in the Snakes. Even Captain enjoyed the experience as did Qualla, and Thalia was over the moon. Gina and Jarry felt it was a lovely change in experience. All the crew have been over and Skipper and Joya. ``Master: Dr Kali and Dr Poult turned up. ``Vanna: Sheriff brought Joya over as well, and a few others who I do not know by name. ``Tetra: I thoroughly enjoyed myself and so did Albi, and my log book is getting filled up.

``Master: I am off home now, but I will be back as soon as you have confirmed the next trip. ``Vanna: We ought to go to Earth, but I have not had time to arrange anything, and we did agree to go straight into China. ``Master: We need more time to arrange it, as with Sednoid. ``Cheb: I too am off home to Cepheus and with Elite, so we will come though on visual, shortly. ``Vanna: Zarfs Cheb and zarfs Elite, and V007, is ready to go and you do have new ray guns fitted. ``Cheb: Zimo all. --- ``Vanna: We had better get over to the Hotel! ``Tetra: Zaa. ``Cheb: V007 to Airbase lifting off over. ``Tetra: Fluffy to Airbase lifting off for Hotel. ``Vanna: Nelly to Airbase lifting off for Hotel over.

{Citadel Hotel ~ 5}
``Receptionist: They have arrived, Manager. ``Manager: Call them up; and offer them in for drinks. ``Receptionist: Zaa. --- ``Vanna: Will we get any work done? ``Manager: You had gone yesterday before I had time to say zaffre for getting both systems working. So Croak Beans and croissants on the house. ``Vanna: Zaffre. --- We will be on floor 10. ``Manager: Cables are on Floor 9. ``Vanna: Zarfs.
[Hotel Floor 10]
``Vanna: Now Scotty, I know it is easily done, but you should have marked up the cables. ``Scotty: I will in future. ``Vanna: All the connection boxes are installed in all 10 rooms, and the floor is empty. Scotty, you can get them powered up and Tetra can start programming in the network. I will pop into the Manager's Office, and will go on down to the basement and set up the master network table. --- ``Scotty: Cables have finished Floor 9, so we will make a start on Floor 8. ``Vanna: Zarfs. Room 1001 is working.

{Ranger's Outpost ~ 2}
``Chief: This is a marvellous report Sheriff. ``Sheriff: Zaffre Sir. ``Chief: I have passed it on to Big Chief and I am awaiting feedback. No doubt he will also be talking to Atlantic City. So how soon can you be ready for another chase? ``Sheriff: We must give the Cepheusians time to get home and also have meetings, but at least a week. ``Chief: I am also grateful to Vanna and her crew for doing such a good job. ``Sheriff: It could never have been achieved without them. However we have had it easy so far, and we have been warned that some of islanders are hostile, and will eventually have to be annihilated. ``Chief: Unfortunately it will be the only answer. ``Sheriff: Reluctantly there is no hope for any reconciliation.

{Leila's Trullo ~ 2}
``Leila: How many hours have you done on Hoppers? ``Malcolm: Not a lot. ``Leila: How many? ``Malcolm: 25 hours. ``Leila: That is not enough! ``Malcolm: I know, and I have not been here, but how can I get my hours up without a Hopper? ``Leila: You win, so let us go and see our Captain now, and see if he can find us one. ``Malcolm: You're joking? ``Leila: I have invested a lot in you already, and you have been up here 5 months. ``Malcolm: I have been on the Saucer runs, and you will have to come up with me at times. ``Leila: It appears that I am getting the bug, like all the others. ``Malcolm: So you are serious? ``Leila: Have you any other suggestions on how to keep your job? ``Malcolm: Qaa. ``Leila: You have to do the practical with the theory, otherwise it does not work. ``Malcolm: We can at least ask, and I will find out where I stand.
