Alien Escapade º Episode 0773 - The Problems: Captain, Leno, Jarry, Kirin, Selina, Scotty, Skipper, Tetra, Vanna, Zola, ~ 10 Cont: ``Tetra: A suggestion as the engineer has been out twice and cannot find a fault, although he saw the images in black and white, and he does not believe it is his equipment. Therefore we take my computer and run tests. As It could be the Earth's broadband limiting us on bandwidth, although we are uplinking straight up to the satellite. ``Vanna: Approved. ``Tetra: I have not mentioned it, but can Leno come? ``Vanna: Zaa, anyone can come who is on the approved list, and I did advise Nacra. So what happened with computer permissions? ``Tetra: I will have another go now. ``Vanna: What happened at Scotty's? ``Tetra: The same problem. ``Vanna: That means you will have to update status level. ``Tetra: That is what I do not want to do, although our two can, and it still did not work, so it is not that. ``Vanna: Create a new network on Scotty's as he likes to be different and is not on our network system, then he will get permissions. ``Tetra: Agreed. ``Vanna: Mail him, and get him to bring his computer over, and you can do it now. ``Tetra: Okay mailed with priority. ``Vanna: I thought we had different networks on our two machines? ``Tetra: It could be where the problem is. ``Vanna: But not at the Farm. So let us work on Scotty's first, as he is on his way over. I had better prepare some snacks for him. ``Tetra: And me. ``Vanna: Okay. ``Scotty: Quano. ``Tetra: You have to be on the same network as us, so you either changeover to ours or I will have to create a total new one for all machines. ``Scotty: Okay, I was getting fed up with it anyway. So change it. ``Vanna: Drinks and Lucanica baps. ``Scotty: Wonderful. ``Tetra: Delicious. --- I think it will work now, so go home and we can try it, as before you were getting restricted access. ``Scotty: Zarfs and Zimo. ``Tetra: If I can get one thing right this qef, then that is good. ``Vanna: Excellent. Any news on Cosmo 1? ``Tetra: Qaa, we are still the only bid. ``Vanna: How long has the bidding to run? ``Tetra: About a Wesk. Hang on! Only 3 qefs left, but they will come in, at the last unit. ``Vanna: That is what I was thinking. A mail in from Captain, we leave at 28th time. ``Vanna: Mail everyone. Let see if Scotty's works and then we call it a qef, and you had better get home. ``Tetra: I will stay 1-ora. I have mailed Leno, but it is up to him. ``Vanna: At least you can now fly at night and pick him up. ``Tetra: So I can. ``Scotty: Home. ``Tetra: Log in, and I have found it, but it is still not working. I will have to have a fresh think as I am doing something totally wrong. ``Vanna: Try it between our laptops in flight tomorrow. ``Tetra: Zaa. Zimo. {S182 Citadel in transit to Earth ~ 5} ``Jarry: How many are coming? ``Vanna: Actually I do not know. Blimey it is Riss and Nacra, Zonule take the seats at the back. Leno and Tetra. Zola just in time. That is it, as we are bringing two back with us making 8. ``Jarry: Drawbridge up and 3 greens. ``Captain: Skipper over to you, as I want to relax after 2 qefs of drilling with Master. ``Skipper: Aye, aye Captain, but you must interrupt me at any time, if you are not happy about anything. ``Captain: I will, so whizz. ``Jarry: Drinks. ``Tetra: I am doing something wrong? So help me read up the manual. ``Leno: Okay, so where do we start on the Network? ``Tetra: It is very vague, and it has to have the right permissions, so we will try and get it working between our two laptops. ``Leno: This is a tedious job, and there are so many ifs and ors, and we may end up going through all of them. ``Tetra: Zaa, it is because they do not know the answers. ``Leno: It is lights out time, as it is very late. [Lights Out] ``Jarry: Zila, zila. Food time. ``Vanna: We are on target for our 17 hour trip, and 5 hours left to go. ``Zola: Did they crack the problems? ``Vanna: Qaa, they are trying to work out what they are doing wrong or it is down to a different interpretation of what the manual says. ``Zola: So it is trial and error until they find something which works. ``Vanna: I expect the grammar is wrong, giving them the wrong information.
