Episode 0741 - Earthbound 2: Dalbir, Tetra, ~ 02 That is better. I must look in on our passengers. Oh dear! They are all fast asleep. They all seem to be breathing okay, but I cannot help them at the moment. Next stop is the Bridge and our crew. Oh dear! The upper-deck is locked. I will go and get my laptop. --- Access S182. Input Code and password, not authorized. I will have to use my overwrite password, but I cannot remember it. So where did I hide it so no one could find it? Blast! It still will not let me in, because it is password protected. Now can I remember it? Got it and I am in, but I would not have remembered that one, and it was a guess. Enter the code, and find the flag for the door entry code. Access denied. Overwrite password. Accepted. Deactivate door release. [Click] And I am on the Bridge, but the crew are all out cold, although they appear to be breathing normally and are just fast asleep. How odd, and very strange indeed. I will have to go and change the oxygen cylinders before proceeding further. --- Done that, and three left to go. The first thing to do is to send out an emergency distress code signal [Dee-Dee-Dee]. Now I have to change course back for home. Accessing main navigational control panel; and change to reciprocal course for home. That is good and it is working, as I can feel the g-force. I better hold on with one hand and the other firmly on my oxygen mask. I will send a message, and that should get through although we are still in Hyperdrive, as we are still moving forwards. Everyone is still asleep and they appear to be okay. I Must have Dr Kali on standby with Pilot in Bugby for full medical check ups. Another mail, sent. It has taken 10 units to turn her around in a big wide loop, at Mach 14, which is not surprising. However more on that later. Now to enter Ship's Log: I the undersigned Tetra, have taken full control of the S182. There appears to be a mystery virus, which has knocked everyone out. Moreover, I have little oxygen left myself, and little time to find a fix for this problem. End log. Next stop is ventilation system. Oh dear! The crystals have gone dark blue, but why? Is it just the crystals or is it something causing the crystals to change colour. Neither do I have the experience or the time to elaborate on any of these possibilities. Therefore I will go to the store room and see if we have another set of crystals available. --- Here they are, and fortunately we have them, and these are silver-grey in colour, so all I can do is to change them and pray to the Gods, that they will resolve the problem. However I need to take a sealed bag to put the old crystals in. I will have to go on to the third cylinder of oxygen. --- Done that, and only two left to go. {Space Dock Tower ~ 1} - [Dee-Dee-Dee] ``Dalbir: [Beacon]! Full Emergency procedures. I presume the S182 is in trouble. Pipe everyone in, and I will contact Kirin. --- He will be in, in Half time, and Pilot has acknowledged. [S182 Saucer in flight returning to Home] ``Tetra: I need to clear this air out of the Saucer first, but how do I do that? Although there has to be an external vent system somewhere. This could be it, but there is a caution message saying 'strap yourself to the hull'. Logical, so I need an anchor belt. There is one up on the wall over there. That will do, and I will strap myself in, and connect the anchor point to the hull. So am I ready, but what do I do about my oxygen mask? There is piece of rope, and I can tie it around my neck. Am I now ready? Cont: (half time = half an hour - units = minutes) < Previous Page 740 Cassio <04.2.2> Ambient [01 = 667 <684> 00 = 128] Next Page 742> |
