Alien Escapade º Episode 0251 - Island Stopper: Captain, Jarry, Jinn, Keith, Kirin, Leila, Vanna, Zola, = 8 [Papparay, on Earth] ``Keith: Blimey, this is marvellous and it only took ten minutes to get here! ``Vanna: How wonderful. ``Jinn: This is an adventure of a life time. ``Leila: Brilliant. You have done a good job Captain. ``Captain: You all have Walkie talkies so report back here in one hour. I will stay here with the Ship. ``Jinn: Captain there is a wide ledge of rock just before you get to the top as it dips before it gets to the peak and would give us some protection from the weather. ‘’Keith: I did an observation exercise, and it is pretty good for camouflage. ``Leila: I went down the valley, but it is all rocks. ``Zola: I went around the other side, but it is too steep. ``Vanna: I took a trail, but it was too tiny to be practical. ``Jarry: I got to the top, but it is bare up there, and nowhere flat enough for the Saucer. ``Captain: Kirin, are you happy to try a landing up there, where Jinn suggests? ``Kirin: Zaa Captain. ``Captain: Okay, let us give it a try. ``Kirin: There is a gap on the south east side, of this big hill, where the contours are much further apart and it is only on a slight slope. ``Captain: What do you think back there? ``Vanna: It looks good from here! ``Captain: Okay, take us down. ``Kirin: Zaa Captain. All clear Jarry? ``Jarry: Zaa, sir. ``Kirin: Is that dust or is that rock? ``Jarry: Dust sir, it is too fine to be rock. ``Kirin: Permission to land, Sir. ``Captain: Granted. --- ``Kirin: Down, Sir. ``Captain: Jarry take a look outside. ``Jarry: Zaa, Sir. Drawbridge down. --- It looks good Captain. ``Captain: Okay, full shut down procedures for bad weather, with jacks. ``Vanna: I think this will do nicely. ``Captain: Agreed. We will bore some holes in the ground so we can anchor the Saucer down. Can we have a brew up please? ``Vanna: Absolutely. The hill over there behind you, should be good enough to make a cave out of it. ``Captain: Fine. We will stop for food. ``Keith: I will help Jarry with the goods. ``Vanna: I was in the Girl Guides, so this brings back old memories! ``Leila: I was in the Rangers as the organisation had changed a lot, but we did not have posh equipment like we have here. ``Vanna: Jinn, has gone exploring and is on security watch. --- That smells good, hot canine baps and fresh croak beans cooked on an open fire. ``Leila: [Radio] Come and get it! ``Captain: Great. I needed something warm inside me. ``Vanna: We all did, it is a bit nippy, and I think we will have to build a fire. ``Jinn: I have brought some wood back. And I will go and get some more. ``Captain: We will have to wind the engines up to idle speed to run the ray guns, so please all of you, stay away as we cannot see what is happening. Zola, can you do radio watch please? ``Zola: Sure. ``Captain: You must all still wear these safety glasses. ``Zola: Zarfs. ``Vanna: Look at that energy source, it just penetrates through the rock. No wonder it can take out a bomber. [-1 hour later -] ``Captain: That should do it, so we now have to let it cool down. ``Jinn: We did not need to start a fire from that heat, but I will start one now. ``Leila: At least it has remained dry. I think it is time for another brew up! ``Vanna: We have some hot pig rolls. ``Leila: Excellent. Thirty minutes to cook and we can eat. --30-- ``Keith: It does taste good. --15-- ``Captain: All the messages have gone out and Jarry is continuing to track satellites and any local aircraft which may come out from Barra on test flights. We can now start on finishing the cave. The Bears will bring out the rubble leftovers, so we will need some help please to disperse it. ``Keith: All hands on deck! ``Vanna: I like the cave, and we can hopefully extend it the next time we are here! ``Captain: We have to recharge the Saucer, so we cannot do any more work today. All the equipment has been installed in the cave, and we have found some stones to cover up the entrance. On our next visit we can do more.
