``Advocate: Your honour, thank you for allowing this emergency hearing! Although the Classic Bank did eventually release the data, there was still much missing, and the fraud has now grown to over two million qintars. We have now been able to trace the missing accounts to Intergalactic branches of Classic Bank.

``Judge: I do remember this case, and it is in the public interest for total transparency. Looking at the original documentation that has been submitted in their defence. It was a profound Order passed from the Hierarchy. Therefore it gives me the powers to intervene! Otherwise this case would have had to go back to planet Q for approval. I grant an endorsement to the original order, that it includes all branches of their Banks and sister branches around the universe. However, we have only limited powers to intervene as to their rules in different worlds. On the other hand, this has been handed down from the Hierarchy, therefore the other worlds should obey this original court order from the Hierarchy. This gives me the authority to make a decision, but as Classic Bank are not here to defend themselves I will give them seven days to comply in taking positive action in releasing all data. Whereas if Classic Bank wishes to contest this, it will have to be heard on Planet Q; and I will add a clause to that effect, that leave is automatically granted.

``Vanna: In that case, I am changing the rules, as you cannot comprehend resolving any problems. ``Scotty: Oh and what might they be? ``Vanna: In future if you cannot behave in a professional manner, you do not come to our meetings. Anything you need, will be done via mail only! If that does not work out, then you will be suspended and you will have to see Dr Poult. ``Qualla: Approved. ``Zola: I too certainly approve of this. ``Leila: Likewise I too confirm this change. ``Scotty: I am again out-voted, so you win again, Vanna. ``Vanna: Okay, Scotty? ``Zola: I think we ought to have a break for some croak beans. ``Vanna. Zaa quin. ``Leila: That was good Vanna, can we have an encore, but with me? ``Vanna: Surprise us! ``Leila: I do too have my Cassiopeian name! --- Drinks --- ``Zola: When? ``Leila: My name now is Octroi, from the original Ontogenesis tribe on Trig mountain. ``Vanna: Now that is interesting Octroi, well done. ``Scotty: Are you serious? ``Qualla: I can confirm this action. ``Leila: The nearest translation is ‘Olive’. ``Zola: I will call you Olive. ``Leila: I will answer to both names, but I do not have the problems of Scotty and Vanna. ``Zola: I am pleased that Vanna is Vanna, as it will help me to think of her as one of us. ``Vanna: How nice. I think we will stop this meeting for today and continue it tomorrow.
