``Elder 3: Thank you for all attending this meeting, although we have summoned you to attend, and it does effect us all. Neither are any of us happy that we maybe violating the rules of the Cosmos. Whatever decision is made here today, there is no appeal, as we would never agree. Therefore, I would like to get started by asking the Doctor for his appraisal!

``Dr Illich: The problem is that if we start changing the molecular structure of the bone, to improve flexibility, we do not know what the side effects are, and it could result into osteoporosis. In addition, Ted is not at hand in case of further complications or an emergency. Neither would Earth know what to do, and it would probably end up with an amputation.

``Elder 6: Chair, there is nothing in the medico report, to say what we can do to help Ted, at least to ease his disability so he could move around without his harsh restrictions! ``Elder 1: Dr Illich? ``Dr Illich: We could synthesise some bone marrow by cultivating it and then inject that into his bones, but it will take a month to grow. Therefore, it would mean two trips! Unless he had a bone biopsy done on Earth, and that could be brought up to us to be analysed. We would then be in a far better position to offer some treatment.

``Elder 1: That I think is good advice, but is there any other suggestions? --- ``Elder 9: I object to major surgery, but this would show respect, and not alter any of our karmas. ``Elder 1: Good point. Anyone else? --- Is anyone against proceeding with option 2? --- Qaa? --- What about you? ``Wendy: I agree it would be wrong to do anything else. ``Leila: I concur. ``Scotty: It would be wrong to upset you the Elders in any other way, so I agree with option 2. --- ``Elder 1: Thank you. --- Anyone? --- Qaa? --- ``Elder 3: Shall we move on to a vote? --- Zaa? --- So can I have a show of hands for those all in favour of ‘option 2 ---14 --- Against? --- 1 --- Quacks? --- 1 --- Motion carried, Chair.

``Elder 1: I am pleased with the decision taken, and the earthlings and Ted will have to understand; it is for this one time only, otherwise he would want to come up again and again. This decision should not go against the rules of the Cosmos, as this was instigated through the Hierarchy. Therefore meeting is closed.

``Elder 3: Please stay for drinks and a chat. ``Leila: So what do you think, Scotty? ``Scotty: Approved. ``Leila: In that case, will you send a Morse transmission message to Ted; that he has to have a bone biopsy done? ``Wendy: I too Approve. ``Scotty: Confirmed. ``Joya: Hallo, I am pleased with the outcome, and hope all of you are? ``Leila: Zaa , we all agree, as I too have to follow the rules myself. ``Qualla: I too think it is a very good outcome. ``Joya: It is good that we have mutually agreed. ``Wendy: Zaffre. ``Elder 1: I hope you will stop springing meetings upon us like this in the future! ``Wendy: I accept, but it was emergency circumstances and for our Chauffeur. ``Elder 1: In future, quin work around it, ``Jota: Hallo friends. --- Zenden --- ``Jota: A good meeting? ``Leila: Zaa . ``Jabot: Zenden, can I join in? ``Wendy: It is nice to have a good group here. ``Jabot: Zarfs, I too voted in favour, but it was a tricky one to start with. ``Leila: We had to concede anyway, because we accept the rules of karma. ``Jabot: Anything else exciting happening? ``Leila: We would like to have access to the swimming pool! ``Jabot: That is a good idea, I will see what I can do. ``Leila: It appears that you do not like water! ``Jabot: I must admit I am not one for swimming, but that should start off another debate! ``Wendy: But not an emergency one! ``Elder 1: Jabot, that is to get back at me! ``Jabot: Ha, ha. The earthlings, do have a knack of getting their own back! ``Wendy: I get it from Scotty. ``Scotty: Me! Never. ``Leila: I too! ``Scotty: Never, ever! ``Leila: I think Peggy would agree! ``Wendy: Gera, would just sink to the bottom. ``Elder 1: Cheeky.
